- Hidden votes and silent writing are protected on the server, not just hidden in the interface.
- Connections are encrypted. Credentials for connections are stored encrypted.
- AgileHub sets no analytics or tracking cookies. Ads appear only on the Free plan, and personalised ones only with your consent.
- AI summaries are optional and only on paid plans; nothing goes to an AI provider until the workspace explicitly allows it. Translating content is switched on by each person – without names, and where the browser can, on the device only.

Frequently asked questions
Do participants need an account?
No. Participants join with a name and the invitation link or room code. You only need an account for history, workspaces, reports or a paid plan.
How long are sessions stored?
That depends on the plan: 4 hours without an account, 7 days with a free account, 7 days on Private, 7 days on Small Business, up to 30 days on Enterprise or as agreed. After that, sessions are deleted automatically.
Are votes really hidden?
Yes. Until the reveal, your browser only learns whether somebody has voted, not the value. The server enforces this; it is not just hidden in the interface. The technical explanation is on the security page.
Which languages are available?
German and English. Every session has a default language, and anyone can switch the interface at any time. What participants write is not translated automatically.
What data is used for advertising?
On the Free plan AgileHub shows ads from Google AdSense, never on the voting or retro workspace. Personalised ads only appear with your consent; the content of your sessions (stories, notes, names) is never used for them. Paid plans load no ad code at all. You can change your choice at any time in the cookie settings.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Sessions can be exported as CSV and PDF depending on your plan, and you can download your account data as a file in the account settings.
Can I delete a session?
Yes. The host, whoever opened the session and the workspace admins can delete it at any time. With an account, or in a workspace, it goes to the trash first for 7 days and can be brought back; after that (or right away on request) it is deleted for good. A session opened without an account is deleted at once. Sessions are also deleted automatically once your plan's retention period is over, and you can delete your account, with your sessions, in the account settings at any time.
Is AgileHub GDPR-compliant?
AgileHub is built on GDPR principles: data minimisation, consent for personalised ads, export and deletion of your data, encrypted transfer.
