Terms and conditions
These terms apply to the use of AgileHub. As of: [Missing: Date of the legal review].
This is a template. Details of the operator are missing or the review is still pending. Until then the page is not released to search engines.
Still missing:
- Date of the legal review
- Name of the company or provider
- Postal address
- Right of withdrawal notice
- Liability clause
- Governing law and jurisdiction
1. Provider and scope
AgileHub is offered by [Missing: Name of the company or provider] , [Missing: Postal address] ("Provider"). These terms apply to everyone who uses AgileHub – with or without an account, free of charge or for a fee.
2. Service
The Provider makes AgileHub available as a web application: real-time planning poker and retrospectives, depending on the plan with history, reports, exports, workspaces and connections to other services. The scope per plan follows from the pricing page and from Plans and limits.
3. Use without and with an account
Participants do not need an account. An account is created by signing in; it is personal and must not be passed on. Whoever has an account is responsible for activity under it and keeps credentials secret.
4. Plans, prices and payment
- The plans without an account and with a free account are free and funded by advertising (section 8).
- For Private and Small Business the prices stated on the pricing page apply, monthly or yearly, with the tax treatment stated there. Enterprise is agreed individually.
- Payment runs through Stripe. The Provider does not receive payment data.
- A higher plan applies immediately, the difference is charged for the rest of the period. A lower plan applies from the end of the paid period.
- If a payment fails, the plan stays for a short period; after that the limits of the free plan apply. Content is not deleted as a result.
5. Term and cancellation
Paid plans renew for the booked period (month or year) until cancelled. Cancellation is made in the account and takes effect at the end of the paid period; until then the plan stays in place. When a paid plan ends, content is not deleted, but the limits of the free plan apply; content beyond those limits is read-only and available again as soon as you subscribe again.
6. Right of withdrawal
[Missing: Right of withdrawal notice]
7. Duties when using AgileHub
- No unlawful content and no content that infringes the rights of third parties.
- No use that disrupts operation: no creating sessions in bulk, no trying out room codes, no circumventing the limits of a plan.
- Hosts are co-responsible for the participants of their sessions; they can remove people and lock sessions.
- The Provider may remove content and block access if these terms are violated.
8. Advertising on the free plan
On the free plans ads are shown, never on the voting or retro workspace. Personalised ads only appear with consent; the cookie settings change the decision at any time.
9. User content
Content that users create (stories, notes, votes, names) stays with them. The Provider may process it as far as necessary to provide the service. It is deleted after the plan's retention period; exports and deleting the account are possible in the product. For an AI summary, content goes to an AI provider only after explicit approval by a workspace admin; for a translation only when the reader switches it on and neither the facilitator nor the workspace has switched it off (see the privacy policy).
9a. Connections to third-party services
You can connect AgileHub to services such as Jira, Confluence or GitHub – with credentials you type in for a single operation or through a connection to your own account at that service. You are responsible for being entitled to do so and for the use being compatible with the service's terms and your organisation's rules. AgileHub reads and writes only what you trigger and only within the permissions you grant. The provider of the third-party service is responsible for its availability, content and terms. Without a plan that includes integrations, a small trial allowance applies to import and write (see plans and limits); enlarging it by circumvention (for example changing browsers or addresses) breaches section 7. A connection can be disconnected at any time under Account.
10. Availability
The Provider strives for trouble-free operation but does not owe a particular availability. Assured availability exists only if agreed by contract on the Enterprise plan. The current state is shown by the service status.
11. Liability
[Missing: Liability clause]
12. Data protection
How personal data is processed is in the privacy policy. For organisations that process their employees' data through AgileHub, the data processing page also applies.
13. Changes
The Provider may change these terms with effect for the future. Account holders are informed in advance of material changes.
14. Final provisions
Governing law and place of jurisdiction: [Missing: Governing law and jurisdiction]. If a provision is invalid, the rest remains effective.
