Accessibility
AgileHub is meant to be usable by everyone – with keyboard, screen reader, magnification and on small screens. This statement describes where it stands. Status: [Missing: Date of the legal review].
This is a template. Details of the operator are missing or the review is still pending. Until then the page is not released to search engines.
Still missing:
- Date of the legal review
- Name of the company or provider

What we do about it
- Every function can be reached with the keyboard; focus is visible and follows a sensible order. Cards, menus and dialogs work without a mouse, including sorting by keyboard.
- Labels, roles and status messages are translated for screen readers (German and English); changes in a live room are announced without interrupting input.
- Contrast follows WCAG 2.2 level AA, in dark mode as well; information never depends on colour alone.
- Click targets are at least 44 × 44 pixels; text can be enlarged to 200% without losing content; the interface works from 320 pixels wide without sideways scrolling.
- Motion is reduced when the device asks for it ("reduce motion").
- An automated test (axe-core) checks the main pages on every change; we also check by hand.
Known limitations
- The presentation mode is meant for large screens; it is operable, but not optimised for every assistive technology.
- Dragging has a keyboard and menu alternative everywhere; the drag gesture itself is for pointing devices.
- Content embedded from third parties – such as the sign-in dialogs of Google, Atlassian and GitHub, Stripe payment pages or advertising – is not in our hands.
- Content that people enter or import (stories, notes, imported tickets) is as accessible as its authors make it.
Reporting a barrier
If you run into a barrier, write to [Missing: Email address] or use the contact form – ideally with the page, device and assistive technology. We usually reply within two weeks and say whether and by when we will fix it.
Enforcement and conciliation
If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can turn to the competent market surveillance authority of the German states for the Accessibility Improvement Act. Conciliation may also be possible for disputes. Which body is competent for you is named in the section on consumer dispute resolution in the imprint.
Whether and to what extent the Accessibility Improvement Act applies to your service (for example the exemption for micro-enterprises) must be settled by the legal review. The statements above describe what the software actually does – check them against the actual state before publishing.
