About AgileHub
AgileHub is a tool for two things agile teams do all the time: estimate together and look back together. It tries to get in the way as little as possible.
What AgileHub does
Planning poker lets a team estimate effort hidden and at the same time, so nobody is swayed by the first number named. Retrospectives lead through check-in, writing, grouping, voting, discussing and actions – until there are concrete steps with owners and due dates.
- Both tools run in real time in the browser, with nothing to install.
- Participants don't need an account: a name and the invitation link are enough.
- Those who want more gather sessions in a workspace – with history, reports, roles and connections to Slack, Teams, Jira, Linear, Trello and Confluence.
- The interface is available in German and English, on a phone just as on a big screen.
Principles
- Simple first. Taking part should never fail at a sign-up.
- Hidden means hidden. What should not be visible never leaves the server. How that works is on the security page.
- Process, not people. Reports describe the team and its flow, never individuals. There are no rankings and no individual votes in reports.
- Data-frugal. AgileHub stores what a session needs and deletes after the plan's retention period.
- Honest about prices. Participants never pay. The free plan is funded by ads, the paid plans have none. All prices and limits are open on the pricing page.
