Reports and exports

After the session the result should not stay in the browser. These are the ways out.

Reports

Under Reports you see, for a workspace (or your account), a period and a session type: number of sessions, estimated stories, agreement (share of stories whose cards were equal or adjacent in the last round), participation, average duration, finished actions and a trend across sessions. Plus the top themes of the retros.

Process, not people

Reports describe the team. There are no rankings, no individual votes, and actions appear without owners. Participation is an average, not a league table.

Exports

  • Planning poker: the result of a session as CSV or PDF, with story, ticket, priority, sprint, estimate and rounds.
  • Retro: the summary as CSV or PDF, with themes, votes and actions.
  • Reports: the filtered report as CSV or PDF.
  • Account: your data as a file, under Account.

Which exports your plan includes is shown in the table under Plans and limits. If an export does not work, AgileHub says so and lets you try again – the session itself is not affected.

Connections

On plans with connections, admins set up integrations under the workspace:

  • Slack and Microsoft Teams: post the summary of a retro to a channel.
  • Confluence: publish the summary as a page.
  • Jira, Linear, Trello: create actions as tickets or cards.
  • Jira and Linear: write estimates from planning poker back into the tickets.

Credentials are stored encrypted; every connection can be tested, changed and removed, and every action appears in the change log.

AI summary (optional)

On paid plans an admin can allow AI summaries for the workspace. Without that approval nothing is sent to an AI provider. At the end of a retro or planning session the facilitator can then create a summary, suggested next steps and an e-mail draft to copy with one click – in the language of their interface, without names. All of it is a suggestion: you edit it and copy what you need; nothing is stored, sent or created. Details on the security page.

Translating content

With the "Translate" button in the head of a session you see notes, comments, chat, action items and stories in your language. Translated texts are marked "Machine-translated"; "Show original" shows the text as it was written. Where your browser can translate itself, everything stays on your device. Without an account 3 server translations a day are free, with a free account there is no limit. The facilitator can switch translation off in the session settings, an admin for the whole workspace.

AI helpers (suggestions)

With an account, small AI tools help with writing – always as an "AI suggestion" that you apply, change or discard: "Write with AI" and "Improve with AI" in every ticket form (ticket shelf, planning backlog, roadmap), following a ticket template of your own (under Templates → Tickets, one of them as your default); "Make it SMART" for a retro's actions; "Suggest groups" for the facilitator in the grouping phase (accepted themes are seen by everybody at once); "Draft from sprint" in a status report. Your own content has a daily allowance (Free: 10 a day); a workspace's content also needs the workspace's approval of AI.
