Understanding plans and limits

This is what each plan includes and what happens when a limit is reached. The table is built from the same values AgileHub actually enforces.

"Fair use" means: there is a technical upper limit to protect against abuse that is not reached in normal use. Prices and the full comparison are on the pricing page.

Who uses which plan

  • No account: start at once, enter nothing. For the quick round; sessions are kept only briefly.
  • Free account: history and more room. Funded by ads.
  • Private: without ads, with exports and your own templates – for you and a small team.
  • Small Business: for several teams, with connections, roles, reports and longer history.
  • Enterprise: limits, contract and operations by agreement. Talk to us.

What happens at a limit?

AgileHub never blocks silently. When a limit is reached – participants, stories, notes, sessions per day – the message names what was reached, how much is used and how high the limit is, and what a higher plan would change. Input is not lost: the text you just wrote stays in the field.

When a room is full

A seat belongs to whoever is connected right now – an observer too. When someone leaves the session, the seat is free again. When the room is full, further people cannot join until a seat is free or the session's plan is higher.

Advertising

The plans without an account and with a free account show ads – never on the voting or retro workspace and never at sign-in, payment, settings or in legal texts. Paid plans load no ad code. More under Cookie settings.

Paying, changing, cancelling

  • Payment runs through Stripe; payment data never reaches AgileHub.
  • A higher plan applies immediately, the difference is charged for the rest of the period. A lower plan applies from the end of the paid period – until then you have what you paid for.
  • A cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Until then everything stays as it is.
  • If a payment fails, the plan stays for a grace period so an expired card does not stop a sprint planning. After that the limits of the free plan apply; nothing is deleted.
  • Invoices and invoice details are under Account.
